Our Commitment
MUSEiT is operated by MUSE-IT FINANCIAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16508736). MUSEiT is a charitable giving platform that enables users to create personalised voice messages paired with music, with 50p from every £1 purchase donated to a nominated charity partner.
Our Vetting Process
MUSEiT only partners with organisations that are registered charities with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (or an equivalent statutory body). Before any organisation is listed as a charity partner on MUSEiT, we verify the following:
- The organisation holds active registered charity status with the Charity Commission for England and Wales
- The organisation’s registered charity number is confirmed against the Charity Commission’s public register at register of charities
- The organisation’s charitable purposes are confirmed as genuine and compliant with UK charity law
No organisation is listed on MUSEiT as a charity partner until this verification is complete. We do not partner with commercial organisations, individuals, or unregistered entities.

Use of Payment Processing
Payment processing on MUSEiT is handled via SumUp, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Each £1 transaction is split as follows: 50p is donated to the donor’s chosen registered charity partner, and 50p is retained by MUSE-IT FINANCIAL LIMITED as commercial revenue. All payment methods are used solely for transactions on the MUSEiT platform.
Future Charity Partners
Any organisation added to MUSEiT as a charity partner in the future will be subject to the same vetting process described above. Partners will only be listed once their registered charity status has been verified.
