This website and our mobile application (“MUSEiT”) are operated by MUSE-IT FINANCIAL LIMITED
(“we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16508736 and
our registered office is at Rosemary Cottage, The Green, Amport, Andover, England SP11 8BA.
If you access or use MUSEiT (whether as a registered user, browser or recipient of a MUSEiT
Moment), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, which together with
our Privacy Policy govern the basis on which you may access and make use of MUSEiT. If you wish to
send a MUSEiT Moment you will need to register for an account with us and will also be bound by our
Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use MUSEiT.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates
and/or changes to MUSEiT. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or
access to MUSEiT constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms of Use.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You may only use MUSEiT for lawful purposes. You may not use MUSEiT:
● if you are under the age of 16;
● in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
● in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or
effect;
● for the purpose of harming and/or harassing or attempting to harm and/or harass anyone in
any way;
● in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or
security or interfere with other users of MUSEiT;
● to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not
comply with our content standards (as published by us in our Terms of Service from time to
time);
● to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of
MUSEiT;
● to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or
promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
● to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan
horses, worms, time-bombs, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other
harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of
any computer software or hardware.
You also agree:
● not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of MUSEiT;
● not to translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of MUSEiT;
● not to not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on
the whole or any part of MUSEiT; or
● not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of MUSEiT. - RECIPIENTS
Please note, if you are a recipient of a MUSEiT Moment, you may be required to hold a
compatible music streaming platform account in order to access your MUSEiT Moment. Please
see the MUSEiT webpages for more information. - LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
Although we make all reasonable efforts to update the information on MUSEiT, we make no
representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that all information on
MUSEiT or accessible from it is accurate, complete or up-to-date and accept no liability for any
loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. If you discover any inaccurate information on
MUSEiT please let us know and, where we agree, we will correct it as soon as practicable. Your
use of any information or materials on MUSEiT is at your own risk.
We do not guarantee that MUSEiT, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted
or error free. Access to MUSEiT is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw,
discontinue or change all or any part of MUSEiT without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other
conditions which may apply to MUSEiT or any content on it, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content of any websites linked to
via MUSEiT; these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be
interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. Where MUSEiT contains links to
other sites and resources provided by third parties we will not be liable for any loss or damage
that may arise from your use of them, and you use such third party sites at your own risk. Any
third party site that we may provide links to from MUSEiT from time to time may have separate
terms of use, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for checking whether any
additional third party terms of use apply and that you adhere to such third party terms of use in
the event that they do apply to your use of a third party site.
You are not permitted to link to MUSEiT without our permission. - OUR RIGHTS
MUSEiT contains certain materials, trade names and other proprietary information, including,
but not limited to, text, logos, software, audio, video, multimedia content, photos and graphics.
We are the owner or the licensee of all such intellectual property rights in MUSEiT, and in the
material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the
world. All such rights are reserved by us and our licensors.
We ask that you do not modify, publish, transmit, ‘link-to’, participate in the transfer or sale,
create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the content on MUSEiT, in whole or in
part except as provided in these Terms of Use.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on MUSEiT must
always be acknowledged with the copyright notice provided at the foot of each page of MUSEiT,
for example “Copyright © 2025 MUSE-iT Financial Ltd”. - GENERAL
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organisation.
We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not
affect your rights under the contract. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under
these Terms of Use to another person if we agree in writing.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms of Use operates separately. If any court or relevant
authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full
force and effect.
These Terms of Use do not give any third party any rights to enforce any of these Terms of Use.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist
immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms of Use, or if we
delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breach of these Terms of Use, that will not
mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you
at a later date.
These Terms of Use are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in
respect of MUSEiT in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings
in respect of MUSEiT in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland,
you can bring legal proceedings in respect of MUSEiT in either the Northern Irish or the English
